We are recruiting for a key supervisor to join us having promoted five of our supervisors to junior general managers in the past 9 months.
We’re a teeny, tiny, boutique pub co, owned & operated by three chaps who love everything there is to do with hospitality & people. We have a passion for developing the business to be the best in the sector, with more innovation, colour & fun than any of our competitive set.
We have six pubs, two in the countryside, four in London. We will be expanding in the coming months, but we’re also very clear that there is sooooooo much opportunity in our existing business that we don’t really need to focus on growing more sites, we can grow the existing business, with the right people.

About the role:
A Supervisor in the business is a key role. You will be responsible for running shifts, looking at the pub, developing the team & driving the business forwards.
You will also be developed & supported by our success team that work in the business, developing all members in the business with master classes & our Yummy Academy.
We believe in a very firm work life balance in Yummy. You will be working 40-50 hours per week, full time and 15/25 part time. Key sessions covered, great benefits & a fun place to call home.
