Morgan Hunt are seeking a highly efficient Contact Centre Advisor on a temporary basis, likely to be 3 months situated in Cheshire

Duties will include (but not limited to):

* Acting as a first point of call for emergency repairs calls for social housing tenants

* Asking triage questions to diagnose repair needs

* Providing advice to customers on details of their tenancy

* Signposting customers to other internal departments including ASB and rents teams

* Dispatching an appropriate Maintenance Operative to the property as soon as possible

* Liaising between the tenant and the Operative to ensure the repair is attended to

* Updating the company database to record all repairs requested and completed

Interested candidates must have extensive contact centre experience. Housing is not essential, though it would be advantageous
