Your new role
As a kiosk catering assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers and members of the public that visit the iconic Southend Pier. Your duties will include, maintaining high standards of personal and food handling hygiene within the kiosk and surrounding area, guaranteeing the correct storage of food, making sure that income is balanced against sales daily, completing all forms/documents relating to cleaning duties, incidents and equipment defects, ensuring the presentation of food is of a high standard and portion control is maintained. Please note this a physically demanding role as you will be active for long periods of time.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you must have experience within hospitality and catering, alongside this you should have outstanding customer service skills. It is also desirable but not essential to hold a level 2 hygiene certificate. You must be available to work weekends as well as weekdays.

You will work on a temporary basis lasting until the end of the summer in October.
