Job Title: Operations Administrator/Co-Ordinator
Exciting opportunity available as an Operations Administrator / Co-Ordinator with a highly respected and established organisation based in the Doncaster on a part time basis.
The successful candidate will be expected provide a high level of administrative support the Doncaster Operations Management team whilst also being required to conduct a variety of tasks to ensure the highest standards of administration support. Providing day-to-day support to the Site Operations Manager will also be expected of who ever takes the position.
· General office clerical duties to ensure the smooth running of the department
· Attend weekly and monthly operations meetings i.e. monthly H&S meeting as and when required to create action logs and minutes
· SAP - Purchase Requisition (input of all relevant invoices)
· Arrange team brief sessions and Health & Safety campaigns including Toolbox Talks, ensuring all those briefed are logged and reported
· Engineering – Monitor and log all hours and add to full KPI’s for department
· Diary Management
Essential Experience Required:
1 Experience working within a administrative support role
2 Experience working within a operational/manufacturing environment desirable
3 Pro-active at work
4 Good Microsoft Office knowledge
