Part time weekend administrator required for a client based in Oldham.

A large and friendly contact centre based is in Oldham town centre with service contracts with a variety of public and private sector clients.
Your new role
Working in an exciting fast paced contact centre environment, you will be working as an inbound customer service adviser. You will be dealing with incoming calls and assisting on Transport for London Contract. You will be taking calls from taxi drivers who must update their MOT details, booking in appointments, processing payments and keeping record of the communication on internal systems. The working hours of this role is Saturday and Sunday 8am -6pm this is an ongoing temporary role for a couple of months.
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate would have excellent customer service and communications skill, have a keen eye for detail and be comfortable working with targets.
