Our client is a prestigious software solutions company and they are now seeking an experienced Part time Bilingual Administrator with 1 European Languages + strong English too. Ideally, they would like a blend of Italian/French/Spanish or German. They can consider part time hours 4-5 days per week, i.e 9.30-2.30 or 10-2pm etc.

Reporting to the manager you will interface with customers as well have the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will work on web applications where excellent attention to detail is crucial. Transaction handling will be your main focus, and this will be audits, emails and payments, on multiple programs, on a global basis. You will need to ensure quality resolution of all the customer requests and issues against agreed SLA’s.

Your role:

• Respond to all incoming customer enquiries following agreed processes and work to service level agreements (2 days for audits and 1 day for emails)

• Audit transactions and verify details correspond to the program guidelines

• Ensure all program or process data used in the day to day delivery of program services are correct

• Ensure adherence to all agreed SLA’s

• Have detailed knowledge about the programs you work on and an understanding of our products and services through regular on the job training

• Adhere to policies and working practices, carrying them out in a timely manner

• Ensure work is performed to the quality standards agreed with the client

• Act as a back up to the program manager when required

• Understand the client’s culture and products and apply such knowledge to day to day interaction with clients, partners and internal contacts

• Continually illustrate added value to the client

• Resolve program issues with clients and program participants where required

• Provide testing and QA support on new applications where required

• Help maintain program processes; the development of process improvement plans and process documentation

• Help out on other programs when required

The person:

• Language skills: Fluency in English, Spanish, Italian and or French is preferable

• Must have good knowledge of MS Office software products, particularly outlook, Excel and Word

• Excellent attention to detail

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and teamwork)

• Able to work with client personnel at different levels

• Professionalism, reliability, accuracy and flexibility

• Ability to acquire and retain an appropriate level of knowledge of the Programs and tools they work on

• Customer service oriented

• Must be able to manage multiple programs and tasks

• Must possess problem analysis and resolution skills

• Good listener

• Must be able to effectively navigate through online applications

• Sales Force experience

• Ability to work in a team and individually
