Packing and Fulfilment Operative required to work at our busy client based in Sandbach.

Duties include:

- Packing products into bags / boxes.

- Quality control inspection at point of packing.

- Applying labels Assembling and filling transit packaging.

- Moving goods around the warehouse and in/out of delivery vehicles.

Must be able to:

- Show good numeracy/literacy skills.

- Show dexterity and attention to detail.

- Follow detailed instructions on order spec sheets.

- Follow instructions from the supervisor.

- Work as part of a team.

- Have basic computer skills/experience - word/excel

The role is initially temporary but is expected to lead to a permanent role with additional responsibilities including production of warehouse paperwork (labels, delivery notes etc.) and processing of web site orders following successful completion of the temporary period.

A Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck licence would be an advantage or you will possess the willingness to train as an FLT driver as part of the role.

Hours: 39.5 per week (Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm/Fri 8am-2pm) plus overtime as required to meet the needs of the business (not compulsory)
